2.1 Photos and Images
The App processes photos and videos that you select from your device's gallery or capture with your camera. To perform the face swap, the images you submit are sent over a secure connection to our processing service, where the AI swap runs on cloud GPUs, and the result is returned to your device. We do not require an account, and we do not tie the images you submit to your name, email, or any social profile.
2.2 Anonymous Device Key
The App identifies your installation with an anonymous, randomly generated device key. You do not create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any social login. The device key is not linked to your real-world identity.
2.3 Device Information
We may collect limited device information for app functionality and crash reporting, including:
- Device model and operating system version
- App version and crash logs (if you consent)
- Performance metrics to improve app stability
2.4 Analytics Data
We may collect anonymous usage analytics to understand how users interact with the App, such as:
- Which features are used most frequently
- App session duration
- General usage patterns
This data is anonymized and cannot be linked back to individual users.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Core Functionality: To perform the face swap, our processing service receives the images you submit, runs the AI swap on cloud GPUs, and returns the result to your device

4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 Cloud Processing
Face swaps are generated on cloud GPUs, not on your device. When you start a swap, the images you submit are sent over a secure connection to our processing service, the AI swap runs there, and the result is sent back to your device. Because we use an anonymous device key and no account, the images we process are not associated with your name, email, or any social profile.
4.2 Data Security
We use HTTPS to encrypt data in transit and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
4.3 Storage and Retention of Your Images
The images you submit and the swaps you create are stored on our cloud servers so the AI can process them and so you can access your swaps in the App. We use these images only to provide the face-swap service — we do not sell them, repackage them, or use them to train AI models. We keep them while your installation (anonymous device key) remains active, so your swaps stay available to you.
You stay in control of this data. You can delete an individual swap, or delete your entire account, at any time from within the App — doing so removes the associated images and results from our storage. Any results you separately save to your phone's photo gallery are managed by you through your device's standard photo tools.
5. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services for analytics and crash reporting. These services have their own privacy policies:

- Deletion: You can delete an individual swap or your entire account at any time from within the App, which removes the associated images and results from our servers; results saved to your gallery can be removed through your device's photo tools
- Opt-out: You can disable analytics and crash reporting in the App settings
- Uninstall: Uninstalling the App removes all associated data from your device
8. International Data Transfers
The images you submit and any analytics data we collect may be processed on servers located in the United States or other countries where our processing and service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to this processing. We use an anonymous device key, so this processing is not linked to your identity.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
